The Winds of War pt. 2

"Pretty epic."

date: March 9, 2008

Like people have said previously, this piece really does create images of war in your head. You have some really nice segments in this piece, and the drums and strings together were quite nice. My only real suggestion is to vary the strings a bit in places; everything was relatively constant throughout the song.

Overall, nice job on this one.

God rest ye merry gentlemen!

"Merry Indeed."

date: March 9, 2008

I think this is what Christmas would sound like if you were high and sleep-deprived. But seriously, this is a decent piece of work. The beginning of the piece was pretty interesting, but when you got into the synth and everything, it became somewhat average. It wasn't that fun to listen to, and although I have to give you props for being unique, you could've made this better. Overall, nice idea, but it needs some work.

The Beautiful Savage

"Excellent."

date: March 9, 2008

You did an excellent job on this piece, and I couldn't help but listen to the song twice more. As many have already mentioned, the beginning of the piece was quite moving, and the more 'industrial' segment evened out the power/emotion of the song. The ending rounded off the song nicely, and it left with a kind of melancholy feeling.

Overall, nice job on this one.

Your Prelude (True)

"Beautiful."

date: March 9, 2008

I've been listening to this over and over again, and I have to say, you did a really nice job on this piece. The strings are beautiful in this piece, as is the piano; the percussion is definitely above average. The "drops" in the piece kind of threw me off at first, but after listening to the song again, they really enhance the piece and keep it moving. Overall, this is a fine piece of music.

Hope you keep making more of these classical pieces.

Author's Response:

Thanks for the review, but what do you guys mean by "Drop?" Do you mean a key change? Or do you mean I drop the instruments in a fit of rage?

Please let me know,
Bosa
